I am the CTO and Founder of CXingularity, a leading AI-powered platform that evolving customer intelligence for insurance and banking firms. With an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore and 14+ years of experience in the BSFI sector, I have extensive expertise in integrating complex legacy systems with cutting-edge AI and enhancing predictive analytics and digital capabilities providing tailor-made solutions to transform traditional banks. In my previous role as the Director of Digital Transformation at several banks, I spearheaded the implementation of a comprehensive enterprise data model (EDM) with robust data governance practices, and launched Customer 360, a complete 360-degree view of customers across every touchpoint.
