Manage the contingent worker exception process by country in order to mitigate risk to the company by gathering HR and Legal approvals needed and verifying the eligibility of the contractor for a contract length extension. Understand the various contingent worker policies specific to each country in order to answer the questions presented by the business leader contacts within each segment of the business. Conduct training with the appointed business leaders on the importance of compliance as well as the current policy guidelines in order to seamlessly manage contingent workers on various contracts within HP ES.
