I lead Talent acquistion, Performance and Rewards & Business HR for Nature's Basket

I was the HR Business Partner for the operations vertical, Pan India. This involved talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development and talent management. I also worked on HR projects Anchored a PAN India project to understand key behaviours which influence retention, authored a retention manual and created a training module to sensitize middle management on retention drivers and their accountability towards employee engagement. This was adopted PAN India across functions Led the restructuring project for the operations vertical. Recognized by the management for seamless execution Worked as a subject matter expert for developing a training module on effective interviewing skills Was a part of the functional group to redefine the service credo and drove internal employer branding focusing on driving a service culture within the organization I was also responsible for HR Analytics

I was involved in reviewing and documenting the compensation philosophy, policies and benefits for all grades across domestic and international verticals, alignment of salary to the revised minimum wages, administration of bonus, incentives, annual hikes, promotion increments and variable pay. Participation in market surveys, statutory compliance, policy communication and query handling was also my responsibility In HR Operations, I designed the Process Manual, which detailed the processes to be followed in the employee life cycle. It was implemented PAN India as a standard procedure document and appreciated by the Process Excellence Team. I was also instrumental in setting up the HR processes at the new delivery centres and was appreciated for a smooth transition. I set up the HR audit process, conceptualized & drafted the Peer Audit manual & conducted audits PAN India to evaluate policy adherence, automate & streamline processes.

My role involved process development, content management on website, problem solving and customer care for Sahara Care House. Further, i moved to Sahara Cooperative Bank and managed customer care.
