Lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous optimization of all HR operations functions for a fast-growing e-commerce organization. Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and Brazilian regulatory requirements (CLT, eSocial, LGPD). Global Leadership: Responsible for the global testing strategy for the SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central system, managing internal and external resources across different geographies, ensuring the quality and compliance of global releases. Automation & Efficiency: Implemented successful automation initiatives that reduced manual labor, minimized errors, and increased productivity, leading to simplified processes and shorter turn-around times. Release Management: Led global testing for new Employee Central releases, including regression testing, connector testing, reporting, and integrations with downstream systems.

Managed comprehensive payroll processes including hire, termination, change management, employee self-service (kiosks and systems), government inspections, and labor claims support. Implemented critical systems and processes to ensure full compliance with the Brazilian government's eSocial requirements. Led the as SME the implementation of ADP payroll system in Brazil for the hire-to-retire processes and development of a new interface between the payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Center. Led as project manager the transition of the payroll operation from Brazil to Mexico, to be performed by a global shared service center.

Managed project scope, costs, and timelines for the implementation of the company’s global employee database (SAP Employee Central), including developing a new interface for payroll integration.

Service Level Optimization: Led SAP support teams (tiers 2 and 3) across various modules (ABAP, Basis, XI, BI, FI/CO, SD, MM, WM, PP, PM, QM) based in Brazil, Mexico, and India, achieving a service level increase from 70% to 97%. Contract & Client Management: Managed outsourcing contracts, ensuring KPIs and SLAs for incident and change management. Improved customer relationships through enhanced conflict management and investment in operational training. Business Development: Prospected new business opportunities, resulting in significant additional contracts for the company.

Managed the internal support team responsible for ERP systems, database systems, telecom, hardware, and software for end-users. Developed comprehensive computing information resources, ensuring data security and control, strategic computing, and robust disaster recovery capabilities. -Stabilized the ERP system, resulting in a 75% reduction in consulting and support costs. -Modernized telephony infrastructure, leading to cost savings, increased user satisfaction, and access to new productivity features. -Implemented an ITIL-based support process, establishing clear KPIs, service levels, and new vendor contracts to optimize service delivery.
