Lead the Portfolio Planning function for the Merchant Services BU at PayPal. Responsibilities included managing the BU/project roadmap intake and change request process, developing/implementing/improving process as it relates to planning and tools, integration and deployment of planning tools, managing/maintaining the BU release calendar, primary POC for Planning working with technical and non-technical teams, and managing planning support staff.
