I always put myself in the customer’s shoes and ensure that they are provided exceptional work quality in every service or solution that we provide. I also work in an environment which shows respect for people and promotes continuous improvement. I manage the mission critical infrastructure applications for Toyota which includes systems developed both internally and at TMC Japan. Principal Engineer at Toyota managing our systems infrastructure at the North America operations including Mexico and Puerto Rico. This includes systems that run at our datacenters, manufacturing plants and parts centers. I partner closely with our systems architects, database, security, storage, backup, and application teams so we can deliver these system requirements to our business customers. My goals: • Develop outstanding systems engineering and design for infrastructure related requirements. • Respect for people and following the Toyota way of life. • Ensuring consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders.
