Dr Zoran Vesic is a qualified and experienced social and health care and social insurance expert with extensive experience in social and health sector reform. He has demonstrated his skills and expertise as a consultant in World Bank and EU funded projects as well as high positioned government official in Republic of Serbia. Dr Zoran Vesic has strong analytical skills and ability to apply them in both academic and policy arenas, particularly in the area of the reform of health care sector. Over the past years, his operational work has centred on introducing of social sector reform, new payment mechanisms in health care sector, indroducing new E–health insurance ID and changes in organization of health care sector. He has valuable experience of leading the activation agenda in Serbia and sharing the knowledge with various stakeholders in the Western Balkan region. Dr Zoran Vesic has a deep understanding of development policy and great capacity for work across different countries, organizations, and themes.n
