I have almost four years of experience in the HR field, working with diverse and dynamic teams across different industries and domains. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Business Administration, Human Resource and Management from the University of the Punjab (IBA), where I learned the fundamentals of organizational behavior, strategic management, and human resource development. I have developed and honed my skills in HR, recruiting, internet recruiting, and employee engagement, using various tools and platforms to attract, assess, and retain the best talent for Viral Square.
