Born in the heart of Marrakech and shaped by global experiences in France and the UK, I started my career in finance in Paris—before following my calling back to Morocco, where I joined Intrepid Travel. What began as a step into a values-driven company quickly turned into a mission: to help lead the travel industry toward a more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable future. Today, I’m proud to lead Intrepid Travel’s EMEA region—the largest B Corp in the travel space—where I balance commercial growth with our deep commitment to people and planet. From championing local communities to reshaping how we travel, I’m driven by a simple belief: travel should be a force for good.
