Accomplishments: Successfully upgraded SBI Shinsei Bank's core banking system to Oracle FLEXCUBE v12. Led the successful implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE at GMO Aozora Net Bank within an aggressive timeline. • Managed end-to-end solution design and business process analysis. • Conducted tailored solution demonstrations, showcasing system features and value proposition. • Identified retail and corporate banking business requirements and documented domain wise parameters, covering Deposit, Zengin Payments, Teller, Card, Commitment, Corporate Loan, Housing Loan and Virtual Account etc. • Documented Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD). • Designed test cases and conducted ST, SIT, ensuring zero defects in UAT. • Translated user guide and provided user training.

Achievements: Successfully implemented Temenos T24 core banking system for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, enabling transaction banking services across 10 overseas branches (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Taipei, Honkong and Australia...) • Conducted fit-gap analysis to document business processes and define necessary customizations to meet client needs. • Provided technical expertise and support for Loan and Deposits, Past due, Teller, Funds Transfer, SWIFT on Temenos T24, ensuring clients understood the system’s full functionality. • Designed test case, data point and excute SIT to ensure quality deliverables. • Delivered comprehensive training to banking staff, both pre- and post-implementation, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption. • Led issue analysis and resolution, collaborating with offshore teams to address technical challenges and implement fixes efficiently. • Built a good relationship with SMBC, JRI, Accenture and SCSK to drive efficient project execution and successful system deployments.
