Analysis of ordering pattern as per the customer MRP’s on monthly basis to understand upcoming surges & aligning our capacities accordingly Ensuring monthly invoice targets of the business unit are met Managing Inventory ensuring floor clearances are timely done to clear any excess stocks. Managing models like consignment inventory.

Working with key customers like Unilever, Pepsi Cola International, Reckitt, Shan Foods, Tapal Tea, Friesland Campina Engro Foods, National Foods, Reckitt Benckiser and Mondelez etc. To maintain highest level of Service in terms of: (i) meeting committed delivery dates (ii) readjusting schedule lines to meet customer urgencies (iii) response time To ensure safe inventory levels at Customer’s end in line with their production plan & our capacity (VMI). Coordinate functional activities with all the other departments including production, logistics, sales, art department to meet delivery timelines Achieving monthly invoicing targets of the business unit Co-ordination between various departments to meet timelines of launches & re-launches of brands, customer promos as per customer’s demand Reduce the dead stock/excess stock situation in all the production areas Sap based reports of Consignment inventory & Service Levels

Inventory Management- managing production supplies, raw material procurement for folding cartons. Outsourcing vendor management, stock monitoring, routine issues, and guidance to support staff on specific issues. SAP based developments of machine loading reports and delivery conformance reports. Maintaining 100 % delivery conformance. Meeting monthly invoicing targets Preparing loading charts for production machines/ scheduling production runs for max output To present production updates in meetings, updates on of daily and weekly production figures in order to meet targets.

Product development in Paper Board Process optimization & modifications projects for Paper board, converting and printing area. Trouble shooting in Paper-board, Coating & Printing area. Using alternate materials for cost cutting & quality improvement projects by using cost-effective chemicals for Paper board recipe. Working closely with international chemical supplier reps and team lead during those trials
