Zanele is a Professional Quantity Surveyor currently employed with RLB Pentad Quantity Surveyors. She has been practicing as a Quantity Surveyor, where she has been exposed to all the stages of construction from inception to close out. Her experience is based on residential, hotels and leisure building projects. She has experience in measuring, preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, budgets, cost reports, PPS, tender evaluations and reports, valuations, payment certificates, interactions with contractors and subcontractors as well as solving contractual problems.
