to be in full charge of research & development, including payload design, linker design, conjugation protocol method development, preclinical in vitro and in vivo study, non-GLP DRF study, GLP TOX study, pre-IND and IND filing, clinical study, business development, collaboration, conferences (ASCO, ESMO), etc. Under my leadership, Adcoris established a cutting-edger ADC technology platform, including numerous innovative and highly potent payloads, proprietary and hydrophilic linkers and site-specific conjugation to generate highly homogenous DAR2, DAR4, DAR8, DAR(2+4), DAR(4+4) ADCs, dual payload ADCs, bispecific ADCs and dual payload bispecific ADCs. Under by direction, Adcoris has completed ADC2122 (a pertuzumab anti-Her2 ADC) Phase 1 clinical trial and started ACR246 (an anti-5T4 ADC) Phase 1 dose escalation patient enrollment with many FIC and BIC ADCs in various stages of preclinical development.
