• Coordinating outsourcing of I-125 compounds and stable labeled compounds: preparing outsourcing packages, negotiating prices, tracking progress and timelines trouble shooting and quality control of vendors • Writing scientific reports and summaries on both GMP and non-GMP organic syntheses; assisting CMC sections for IND filing • Designing synthetic routes and performing wet chemistry to make the requested compounds with minimal supervision • Developing analytical conditions and purification methods; analyzing and purifying compounds by Prep HPLC, chiral HPLC, SFC, distillation, crystallization and flash chromatography
