Plan, organize, and oversee all project activities to ensure timely completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor site progress and resolve technical or administrative issues promptly. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and work programs. Ensure quality control, safety, and environmental compliance on site. Conduct regular progress meetings and submit required reports (e.g., DPR, WPR, MPR). Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to prevent delays or cost overruns. Supervise and guide project staff to ensure effective teamwork and performance. Verify and approve subcontractor work and payment claims. Manage communication between all parties to maintain smooth project execution. Ensure documentation, record-keeping, and project close-out procedures are completed. Maintain client satisfaction and ensure project delivery as per contractual obligations.

• Preparation of Terms of References (TOR’s) for Electromechanical project and ensuring that the design developed by the contractor meets the project requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory specification. • Provision of technical inputs and support the other stakeholders in the delivery of consultancy services, such as feasibility and conceptual studies, financial models, cost estimates, market studies and due diligences. • Conduct feasibility studies, system modeling, and simulations to optimize electrical system performance. • Preparation & Review of Contract and RFQ for new services and maintenance contracts. • Perform Tending & Bidding processes, pre-bid meetings, evaluation of the bids & ensure contract compliances during the execution stages. • Leading multi-disciplinary teams of engineers responsible for mechanical, electrical, IT system and security system Installations/ maintenance. • Contract Management & Administration of MEP and Facilities Management contracts for Bus Rapid Transit Infrastructure, Bus Stations, Workshops & Main Data/Control Center. • Coordination with utility providers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical issues. • Provide on-site engineering support during installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. • Lead troubleshooting efforts for electrical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize delays and ensure system reliability. • Reviewing & approving preventive maintenance plans for all Electro-Mechanical Equipment. • Reviewing & approving the monthly bills submitted by the various service providers for services after necessary deduction for failure in performances as per the contract.

Determining the client's energy needs and goals. Preparation of Terms of References (TOR’s) for various electrical projects including power networks, transformers, generators, solar system etc.; and ensuring that the design developed by the contractor meets the project requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory specification. Designing the optimal power system configuration (panel type, number, orientation, inverters, etc.). Estimating the project cost, including equipment, installation, and potential incentives. Overseeing the selection and evaluation of qualified contractors for installation of solar & power system. Negotiate contracts with contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget. Monitoring the progress of the installation project to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conducting quality control inspections to ensure proper installation and system performance. Monitoring the performance of the installed solar system to identify any issues or inefficiencies. Developing and implementing a maintenance plan for the solar system, including regular inspections and repairs. Analyzing system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize energy production. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in solar technology, regulations, and industry best practices. Providing technical guidance to other team members, contractors, and stakeholders. Representing the client's interests in meetings with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicator for various service vendors. Reviewing & approving the monthly bills submitted by the various service providers for services after necessary deduction for failure in performance as per the contract. Ensuring that the solar project complies with all relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards. Promoting the benefits of solar energy and educating others on sustainable energy practices.

• Engineering & Designing the Electrical Infrastructure for Peshawar Bus Rapid Transit System including EV charging stations, Data Center, Maintenance Workshop, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Bus Stations & Street Lightings of the Bus Corridor. • Reviewing & Approving the Technical Documents/Drawings and conveying comments to the contractor office for modifications as per the Specifications. • Preparing the Inspection & testing plans (ITP’s) for generators, transformer, Power Panels, Power Cable and other equipment as part of quality assurance and control. • Inspections & verification of the works executed at site and further verification of the interim Payment certificates. • Conferring with customers, engineers, and others stakeholders to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects. • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. • Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, sustainability standards or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities. • Promote sustainable practices in electrical design, aiming for energy-efficient solutions and optimal use of resources. • Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and operational safety. • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies. • Assist in preparing project documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance guidelines.

Preparation of Monthly, Biweekly and weekly progress reports for client and higher management. Coordination with project team, client and suppliers for scheduled delivery of material as per site requirements. Follow up for timely procurement of project material to arrange third party inspections and Approval of FAT reports. Anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resources utilization to maximize the output. Carry out frequency wise inspections of Electrical Equipment and machinery regarding abnormalities and to adopt preventive maintenance measures. Preparation of Field Test Procedures for Protective Relays and Associated Circuits. Setting and Operation of all protection relays of medium voltage and low voltage. Siemens and Areva (7SJ602, 7SJ80, 7SJ62, 7SG12-DADN, MBCI 02, PA22/23/26). Work out for provision of proper tools & tackles so as to achieve fast and un-interrupted execution of maintenance jobs. Supervision of maintenance activities of 50MVA Power Transformer, 66 KV GIS,11KV Bus-Bar, fuses, Circuit Breakers. Establish safe isolation procedures for all areas of operation in coordination with the safety department and ensure its implementation to keep accidents to the minimum and reduce downtime. Worked on Substation Control System Software for Monitoring and Controlling of Power System operations. Ensured proper training of team to upgrade their professional and technical skills.

Operations, Maintenance & Switching of power system equipment including 11kV AIS, 66kV GIS & 50/60 MVA Power Transformers. Supervision of maintenance activities of AC/DC system, Battery Chargers, UPS and ATS with fuses, circuit breakers and protection relays. Supervision of Troubleshooting & Testing of protection system including overload, earth leakage and short circuit. Preparations of SOP's for Isolation of the faulty equipment LT/HT lines/cables; and restoration of system within minimum time. Testing of 11 KV and 66 KV U/G Cable, panels and trolleys. Preparation of Preventive Maintenance schedules for power system equipments. Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives(VFD's), Induction Motors and Generators.
