Responsible for overall Quality Management System and EHS compliance (IRIS / ISO 22163:2023, 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022, AS9100:2018) • Ensure ESD compliance in the plant and overall co-ordination with ESD team • Analysis of customer complaints through CAPA and 8D approach and implementation of corrective actions and monitoring the effectiveness of the actions • Ensure procedures comply with national and international standards • Handle customer audits • Plan and conduct internal and external audits (process audits, supplier audits, certification audits) • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality standards • Problem Solving workshops at supplier/ internal with adequate tools (8D Report with Fishbone Analysis, 5 Why Analysis etc.) • Monitoring and measuring the quality performance of the organization, i.e. Customer complaints, RMA, First pass yield etc. against the set targets • Ensure robustness in the process and improve productivity by Initiation, Participation and Implementation of Poka Yoke, Continual improvement programs.

Conducting third party factory inspections at flipkart, Amazon, walmart, any other appliances authorized factories. Select representative product samples to audit; determine if sample complies with all applicable standards and Certification report; review quality control and testing documentation. • Preparing Factory Inspection Reports (FIR), Initial Factory Evaluation (IFE) reports, and consumer product evaluation reports to document inspection findings per procedures and work instructions. • Review previous FIR's to determine if previous deviations have been corrected. • With supervision, determine satisfactory corrective action and time frame to implement the changes; determine if non-compliance merits stop shipments, re-investigation or PDI inspection and takes appropriate action. • Maintain contact with clients by following up, providing information, and responding to inquiries. • Keep current on new services available and communicates these to clients as necessary and assist clients with making changes to their records (address, company name, etc) with Geochem laboratories. inspection of home appliances products with specific standards like BIS, ISO17025, and sampling standards ISO 2859/IS 2500
