CyberSpark is a non-profit company, founded by EMC, JVP, Lockheed Martin and Ben-Gurion University to promote the joint causes of the new global center of excellence for cyber security in Be'er-Sheva, Israel

CyActive was the 1st investment out of JVP Cyber Labs (Dec 2013), and was acquired by Paypal on April 2015.
