I researched for the Asian Labor Arbitration Project. Under the supervision of Richard D. Fincher,ESQ, I compiled literatures on labor arbitration landscape in Asian countries and drafted various literature abstracts. The Asian Labor Arbitration Project hopes to expands the rule of laws in the labor world, especially in the emerging Asian market.

I presented courses on nations and cultures both individually and in group settings, both in English and in Spanish. I worked together with twenty-somethings from 15 different countries. At times, we served as foreign mentors for local Brazilian students to learn more and dream bigger.

I drafted and drove the initial marketing strategies and implementations for EE Reports, including textual and video content creation, social media strategies and communication campaigns. EE Reports is the one-stop resource for energy efficiency solutions.

From content creation to working with a PR agency, at Joule I've had hands-on experience in research, writing, website maintenance, and various forms of marketing/emailing campaign. I fortified my interest and knowledge in the space of clean tech, energy efficiency as well as investment. I value quantifiable results just as my team do.

My experience and responsibilities revolved around introducing wealth management options and expanding financial literacy to the growing Chinese middle and upper-middle class. Within the term of the internship, I achieved proven success in closing cases on P2P, mutual funds and sustainable wholesale funds. CreditEase is a national leader in wealth management, credit management, microfinance investment, and microcredit loan origination and servicing.

I worked on projects inside the operations team, and worked together with client managers to prepare for client meetings.
