* Be responsible for the integration/system test of eNodeB and also software development works for Layer2, major responsibilities include: * White box test on eNodeB, especially on PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC layer, including functional and performance test. * Write test case and plan based on requirements and 3GPP protocols. * Analyze, debug, solve L2 issues and track issues of other module. * Develop new features for L2 software. * Establishment and maintenance of the test environment and equipments.(Aeroflex,Agilent,IXIA etc.)

* Be responsible for the system test process of ZTE mobile terminals, including data cards and MID products. As the leader of a testing group, I am in charge of: * Design test plan,test strategy and write test case based on requirement and design documentation. * Execute test,track bug status,collect test result,submit test report * Evaluate and analyze key indicators or potential risks in the report * 2 months overseas field testing experience(Tokyo,Japan)

* Manage test requirements, organize test plan reviews, generate required test reports and provide test execution/support to carriers and our IOT partners * Focus on test sessions of TD-LTE, including IOT, Field test, Certification test and Carrier accept test etc. * Provide analysis/debug for issues encountered during test in details * Provide technical support to customers by giving assistance in trouble shooting, issue identifying and analysis and by providing detail information to development team * Interaction with infrastructure vendors and carriers for interoperability issues and other support is required * Interaction is also required with software / hardware Application engineers, Software development group, System Design Engineers to ensure timely resolution of terminal issues
