Having a specialty in the design and architecture of the Salesforce CPQ application, for use cases that include complex product and bundle configuration, pricing, approvals, document templates, order, amendment, and renewal automation • Have also been a part of projects where a Service Booking System have been entirely built with the help of Salesforce. • Have been a part of 3 end to end salesforce configuration which enabled the client to manage leads efficiently using the salesforce capabilities. • Have integrated multiple third party applications with SFDC which includes Facebook, WhatsApp, OZONETEL,KAFKA etc. to simplify the business process. • Have implemented multiple SOAP and REST APIs. • Have been associated in a project to design the whole business processes of an Order Placement from Customer Portal to Salesforce adding Amendments and Renewals. • Have an understanding in integrations of DocuSign with Salesforce and used them as well. • Have an understanding of creating payment portals and integrating payment systems with Salesforce. • Have developed a comprehensive end-to-end Order Management system, seamlessly integrating the Quote, Order and Invoice processes.
