NPI/Sustaining Project Management • Led RAID controllers and Ethernet/Fiber Channel cards from NPI through sustaining; coordinated cross functional deliverables (hardware, firmware, drivers, utilities) with engineers and server platform team, enforcing BOM control in Agile PLM while maintaining technical docs in Confluence. • Owned allocation planning, engineering change requests (ECRs), and sustaining transitions; resolved spec gaps using system configuration references (e.g. server riser/cabling matrices) and achieved US$94K cost avoidance by re using spares. Operations & Process Improvement • Implemented direct shipment from regional hub to ODM to reduce lead time and freight; built Excel‑based trackers to cut manual steps and improve traceability. • Standardized the operating model between Storage team and Server (PowerEdge) team, guiding suppliers and engineers to adopt a common, documented workflow.

NPI/ Sustaining Project Management & Issue Resolution: • Collected forecasts, created BOMs/CRDs, managed POs/NRE quotations, prepared fixtures, aligned build plans, and arranged shipping with cross-functional teams. • Resolved PCBA quality issues causing server production stoppages by collaborating with Taiwan and US factories, vendors, and customers to swiftly resume production. • Managed Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)/ SAP to track inventory movement of consigned/assign materials. Material Preparation & BOM Alignment: • Uploaded demand based on factory capacity and fixture readiness, placed orders, and negotiated with vendors to expedite delivery schedules, ensuring timely GB200 rack launches. • Identified and corrected BOM errors, collaborating with RD, EE, and PM to prevent material mix-ups, ensure material readiness, and avoid excess inventory. • Proposed allocation suggestions to customers based on vendor commitments and validation timelines.

Process Automation & Marketing Campaign Management: • Automated repetitive processes through VBA and DOS commands to speed up sales incentive claims for 2 distributors and 8 retailers, reducing work time by 50% compared to previous processes. • Refreshed the monthly Office and M365 sales units through MS Sales to calculate Office attach rate and Cloud mix rate by 8 channels, and identified the stores for each channel that need to be improved or maintained. • Managed Microsoft Taiwan LINE accounts through AccuNix to execute OMO marketing campaigns for Xbox, Office and Windows, responding to 600+ customers, shipping 500+ sets of gifts per month and analyzing data.

Stakeholder Analysis & Persuasion: • Designed and held a workshop at NCCU, bringing 69 participants and creating an average satisfaction of 4.9. • Wrote an article about volunteer experience on TFT IG fan page, attracting 265 likes and referring 3 friends to be the next TFT volunteers.

Vice coordinator & CFO, NCCUBA Orientation Camp • Led 120 people to Yi-Lan. (48 staff and 72 participants) • Oversaw NTD $330,043 budget for the camp. Controlled the bad debt expense balance to NTD $4. • Fostered excellent atmosphere in the staff, dealt with interpersonal misunderstanding.
