Developed proteomic approaches to study chromatin and its modulation by viruses • Investigated chromatin remodeling complexes in HIV-1 infection by mass spectrometry (MS) • Identified HDAC protein complexes and post translational modifications (PTMs) • Investigated specific interactions upon viral infection using quantitative MS
