I am now in stealth mode working on my own startup. I was the Chief Scientist at Boss Zhipin, a fast-growing HRTech company with tens of millions of members. I was responsible for helping the researchers and engineers to better serve the members with cross-disciplinary researches like machine learning, social science and psychology. Previously, I was a Senior Deep Learning Researcher at D-Wave Systems Inc., with research focus on Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Probabilistic Sampling! On behalf of D-Wave, I have been supporting the Quantum Machine Learning startups at Creative Destruction Lab of University of Toronto to execute their ideas.
