-Managing a team of 15 members, towards planning, executing, monitoring and controlling Hult Prize hybrid Regional Summits, which took place at the EMENA cities (Istanbul, Lisbon, Amman, and Tunis). -As a lead of the operations team, I focused on training and preparing each team member with their respective work stream. Four different work streams were managed (IT managers, IT leads, MCs/Hosts, and IT Support team). - Constant communication and coordination between the other work streams such as: production team, customer relations team, expert relations, and marketing team, was successfully completed with the other EMENA leads. -Online event management.

-Promoting the OnCampus program in EMENA region. -Recruiting +100 campus directors. -Training and close supervision of 77 campus directors from Lebanon, Jordan, Russia, Germany, Hungary, and Turkey. -Attending and supervising different OnCampus programs and evaluating the finals events. -Training material preparations. -OnCampus seminars and webinars planning and management. -Direct communication with universities and students. -Successful program closing and follow up with the customers.

Entrepreneurship Community in Syria (ECSyria) is a youth-led initiative dedicated to empowering underserved Arab youth with the tools, mindset, and community needed to create sustainable impact through entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and lead of Programs & Development, I lead the design and implementation of strategic programs focused on entrepreneurship education, youth empowerment, and ecosystem development. My work spans end-to-end, from vision-setting and curriculum design to building regional partnerships, managing volunteers across multiple countries, and launching initiatives that reach hundreds of young people from various Syrian provinces. Since launching in early 2025, ECSyria has built a growing platform that offers interactive training, mentorship, and community support to help young Syrians transform their ideas into impactful, resilient ventures. The community’s mission is to rebuild futures and unlock opportunity by turning mindset into movement. Through ECSyria, I continue to champion inclusive, accessible, and future-focused entrepreneurship across Syria and the wider Arab region.
