I lead and manage a 25+ member sales team, ensure performance efficiency, execute campus hiring strategies and drive the Campus Ambassador Program to strengthen employer branding. I actively build institutional partnerships with colleges and universities for MOUs covering workshops, internships, live projects, and placement drives, while ensuring consistent revenue through paid collaborations under the CRT Program. Alongside this, I contribute to HR operations and strategic initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and aligning hiring plans with business objectives .
