* Represent the Consultant on all matters pertaining to project services. * Maintain close liaison with all stakeholders of the any ongoing of proposed project * Oversee data collection, desk study and the design review of all Mechanical & Electrical Works. * Review the TOR with Client from time to time, to ensure relevance * Be responsible for overall editing and presentation of project reports and documents * Manage and monitor the professional performance of the Consultants’ Engineers to ensure high standards and efficiency are maintained * Assist in pre-qualification of contractors, in tender evaluations and contract awards * General control and management of the post contract services
