Oversaw technical roadmaps, feature development, time management, and closed-loop road test issue resolution, resulting in deployment across 300,000+ vehicles. Machine Learning Leadership: Led the ML team to develop cutting-edge learning algorithms for modeling traffic participants. Achievements include the ProphNet model, ranked among the top performers in various benchmark datasets. Algorithm Development: Designed and implemented space-time search algorithms for decision-making and trajectory planning in autonomous vehicles. Simulation Team Leadership: Managed the simulation team to enable closed-loop issue resolution and perform simulation-based validation for mass-production projects.

Developed deep learning-based map navigation algorithms for Tencent Map mobile application. Developed motion planning and prediction algorithms for autonomous vehicles.

Focused on the development of planning and control algorithms for L4 autonomous vehicles.
