Support creator growth, content planning, topic development, campaign execution, and creator lifecycle management to improve creator activity, content quality, and audience engagement. Work closely with creators in the emotional storytelling and podcast verticals to identify high-potential content formats, optimize content direction, and support sustainable creator growth through content insights and platform data.

Worked in the entertainment and talent creator vertical, focusing on dance-related creator operations, content campaigns, and community engagement. Planned and launched the first dance IP campaign, DanceON, from scratch, building the #DanceON Moment topic matrix and coordinating with 100+ KOLs. Supported campaign promotion, visual material production, and creator communication, helping the campaign achieve 100M+ impressions within 30 days, drive thousands of UGC posts, and convert 500+ high-quality creators into offline stage participants. Planned and executed 6 offline dance flash events across Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu, with expected coverage of 1,500+ offline users. Collaborated with dance clubs in 60+ cities to build an online-to-offline content loop and improve creator participation. Supported seasonal campaigns including #OneMinuteGraduationDlog and #BackToStreetDanceMoment, generating strong platform exposure, discussion growth, and vertical community engagement. Built long-term dance content formats and contributed to a differentiated content matrix with 280M+ impressions and 580K+ engagements.
