Receiving knowledge transaction session, understanding requirement documents, writing and executing test cases, documentation and metrics are also important part of the role. Responsibilities: Receive latest info from onsite daily through email and IP phone and logs. understand customer requirement documents and raise enquiries and clarifications write test cases based on requirement documents execute test cases using manual or automation tools summarize daily and weekly reports as well as auditing documentations responding to requests and faults logged via email internal QA and QC testing Asset Management via SCM attend, organize and run training sessions self-improvement by passing internal certified certifications B
