Oversee daily operations of a team of 20+ Event Supervisors and Assistants. Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, conducting meetings, and managing administrative duties for campus events at Cal Poly ASI.

As an Event Operations Supervisor with Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) at Cal Poly, my primary responsibilities include overseeing event logistics and ensuring smooth execution of a wide range of campus events such as banquets, concerts, job fairs, and more. I serve as the main point of contact for event organizers and attendees, coordinating with support teams to address any issues and providing on-site customer service. In this role, I’m responsible for ensuring safety, enforcing policies, supervising event staff, and managing crowd control. I also assist with event setup and takedown as needed, helping to create a positive and inclusive experience for all participants. My position requires flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality event support.

Designed and refined UI wireframes for an AI agent using advanced Figma techniques, including a mobile version that was added to the product roadmap for January 2026 Conducted end-to-end AI bot testing, logging bugs in qTest and linking them to Jira for resolution Validated backend data with SQL queries in Postgres and Snowflake to ensure AI accuracy and consistency Built Salesforce PXP dashboards by pulling data from Snowflake, incorporating graphs, tables, and charts to give distributors visibility into reseller performance

As a WOW Leader, I helped incoming students transition into university life by guiding a small group through orientation week. Along with a co-leader, I facilitated activities to build community, helped students navigate campus, and provided mentorship during their first days at Cal Poly. I completed a six-week training program focused on leadership, communication, and inclusivity, which prepared me to support students and foster a positive experience at Cal Poly.
