1. Establishes and leads recruitment practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce 2. Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs 3. Plans, develops, implements, and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system 4. Formulates and recommends human resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship 5. Establishes communication with all divisions in the company and coordinates with outside parties of the company 6. Responsible for factory and office cleanliness, procurement of goods or company operational facilities, maintenance of company assets, extension of legality of the company, and monthly expenditure for office needs

1. Supervises the quality control functions including quality control inspection schedules and the collection of quality records 2. Assesses the implementation of the quality plan 3. Participates in the review of all design, manufacturing, purchasing, and test documentation to assure conformance to quality control standards 4. Supervises tagging and quarantine procedures for rejection of raw material, in process and finished products 5. Prepares and reviews complaint reports include serious or repeated failures or unreliability in quality of products 6. Recommends corrective actions or plans/programs for overall defect reductions in products 7. Supports and participates to all the internal/external audits

1. Ensures that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level 2. Records, analyses, and distributes statistical information 3. Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards 4. Works with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, and systems

1. Responsible for Oleochemical Plant capacity 500 MT/day designed by DBI (Desmet Ballestra) 2. Responsible for Dove Plant designed by L&T Integrated Engineering Services 3. On the Job Training and commissioning in Fatty Acid, Glycerine, and Dove Plant 4. Monitoring and analyzing production operation 5. Creates weekly report for Oleochemical Plant
