- Develop and maintain maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation programs that support aggressive production schedules. - Analyze maintenance and repair problems, implement engineering related CAPA. - Research, negotiate and coordinate contracts and service with outside vendors – potential or existing – and manage suppliers. - Develop time and cost estimates on facility modifications. Supervise the implementation of modifications within budgets and timelines once approved - Organize and Optimize Inventory Management, Biorepository and Test Article Receipt lab areas and workflows, following applicable procedures. Keep these and corresponding procedure aligned with local, global and regulatory requirements. - Act as the point of contact for organisation with the building landlord and local regulatory agencies. - Ensure company health and safety regulations and procedures, review and perform gap assessment against statutory and corporate requirements.

- Oversight and Management of all Engineering and IT Projects in GMP facility, inclusive of 4 production trains, warehouse and lab. - Ensuring facility and asset are maintained and remain in the validated state, in conformance to regulatory, local and global requirements. - Coach and develop team members to handle complex problems in a fast-paced environment. - Manage site contractors and service providers, measuring performance to SLA and maintaining mutual beneficial relationship. - Review of equipment reliability and planning for capital investment to enhance plant capability. - Process owner for engineering change management. - Encourage and foster organization's culture of continuous improvement, safety and quality mindset, reviewing metrics and ensuring performance goals are met. - Successfully led cross functional team and managed the construction of a £27M continuous manufacturing facility, achieving all major milestone on time and no loss time incident.

- Process engineer for the pilot run of NCEs for clinical and commercial supply. - Responsible for successful plant fit, detailed risk assessment, troubleshooting, optimising, providing valuable technical data for ensuring the smooth transition to manufacturing facilities. - Lead engineer for designing, engineering, equipment sourcing, project coordination, validation activities and successful implementation of CAPEX projects. - Designing of DCS logic including sequences and safety interlock. - Designing of equipment for special process needs. - Commissioning of novel equipment in plant and training operators to use them with competently. - Revamp of laboratory to increase capability for solvent recovery, user test and process development - Working with and feedback to vendors to improve equipment for a win-win situation. - Collaborating with function leads to drive the implementation of changes relating to quality, safety, cost, documentation and operations from the suggestion scheme. - Promoting safety culture and proactive behavior as the Safety Task Force lead.

- Design and scoping of equipment for green manufacturing and GMP requirements. - Commissioning of capital projects - Improving of a previous second generation process and designing of new plant fit. - Modeling of vessels stirring profile for scaling up. - Providing engineering input for standard work implementation - TD representative for alarm rationalisation project to reduce nuisance alarms by more than 90%
