I am a subject matter expert when it comes to chargebacks and retrievals in the card acceptance space, working directly with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and third party processors. I have extensive experience in mitigating fraud at POS, working with many internal and external partners to address and respond to fraud trends. Over the years, I have developed invaluable relationships with my partners, both internal and external, which has allowed me to get the right people on board to quickly resolve any issues that may arise in the day to day operations, and potentially prevent them in the future.
