- Following junior engineers and experienced draft men to achieve required milestones during project lifetime. - Attending consultant periodically meeting for investigating technical issues & shop drawing, material submittals …etc. completion rates. - Technical office duties including but not limited to Design, shop drawing preparation, material take off, method statements, preparing material submittals, technical investigation and negotiations with suppliers to achieve best price with the desired specs, variation orders preparation, presenting technical solution when needed, following with procurement team for material delivering, As built drawings - Estimate, Analysis & Budgeting of projects including the following trades i.e.: MV, LV, LC, Security systems, grounding & lightning systems Including but not limited to Preparing BOQ, study of complete project via its contractual documents, segregated quantitative take off Based in its different installation situations, sending inquiries to the suppliers, preparing commercial bid to estimate material, labor, erection & testing / commissioning cost including direct, indirect & extras Costs. - Value engineering for any of previously mentioned utilities and trades to achieve the desired functionality in least cost if required

Project budget: 215 million USD. 2nd- AL-Doho Quarter renewal Project TOTAL BUDGET: 340 M SAR Responsibilities:  Following junior engineers and experienced draft men to achieve required milestones during project lifetime.  Attending consultant periodically meeting for investigating technical issues & shop drawing, material submittals …etc. completion rates.  technical office duties including but not limited to shop drawing preparation , material take off, method statements , preparing material submittals , commercial negotiation and technical investigation with suppliers to achieve best price with the desired specs, variation orders preparation , presenting technical solution when needed , following with procurement team for material delivering , As built drawings Scope of work contain but not limited to: - Preparing and evaluate design drawing and shop drawing for the mentioned above projects – design and built projects – which contain but not limited to the following systems ( MV power network , LV power , Lighting , Fire alarm , Lighting Control , low current , CCTV …etc. systems. - Preparing required calculation and Engineering document submittals for the mentioned above system for guaranteeing the best Engineering proposals. - Evaluate Technical submittals and compliance statements for the required material for ensuring its compatibility with project specification. - Evaluate commercial offers for the required material for ensuring its compatibility BOQ. For ensuring the best profit without engineering contradiction. - Preparing Required VOs if any.

Responsibilities:  Coordination between MEP department & planning team for achieving target dates & milestones.  Attending consultant periodically meeting for investigating technical, commercial issues & completion rates.  Lead and following junior site engineers to achieve the best engineering solution with the least costs.  Follow up execution work with junior engineers and qualified supervisors, technicians to ensure from its compatibility with approved shop drawings.  Revising invoices before sending to consultant for approval.  Ensuring from issuing work inspection request for all completed tasks in all project stage.  Comparing between stock monthly reports and required resources for current time frame.  Preparing variation orders in case of. Scope of work contain but not limited to:  MV network by its related component such as medium voltage switchgear panels, distribution unit substations, ring main units, related MV cables pulling (direct buried, duct banks and Ladders)……etc.  low voltage network including: low voltage transformers, ATS, MTS, generators, UPS, switch boards, panel boards, interior and exterior lighting, disconnectors and switches, small power appliance and raceways and cable trays , MCC and its related motor starting types, power factor improvement methods.  Low current and security system: including telephone and data, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, IPTV, Public address, lighting control, structure cabling.

 Estimate, analysis & budgeting of projects (electrical: MV, LV, LC, grounding & lightning systems) including but not limited to:  Quantity take off for all electrical related systems and comparing with tendering documents.  Contacting with the specified brands via their suppliers and distributers for inquires.  Revising received commercial offers for compatibility checking with the required material.  Preparing addition and omission take off.  Preparing commercial bid to estimate material, labors, erection & testing/commissioning cost including direct and indirect resources -Involved projects:  Aqua raffles hotel project. Jeddah- High rise building.  Four seasons hotel project- Jeddah- High rise building.  Park & ride stage 6.4 station - Riyadh – Riyadh metro project.  Land scape & road way work project- Riyadh metro project.  FOB-flight operation building project- King Abdul-Aziz international airport.  MRO-Maintenance hangers - King Abdul-Aziz international airport.  JEC-Jeddah economic city infrastructure project.  Cargo project - King Abdul-Aziz international airport.  Aboryash hospitality tower.

Responsibilities:  All Technical office duties and execution progress following to meet the planned milestones.  technical office duties including but not limited to shop drawing preparation , material take off, preparing material submittals , commercial negotiation and technical investigation with suppliers to achieve best price with the desired specs, variation orders preparation , presenting technical solution when needed , following with procurement team for material delivering , As built drawings  site duties including but not limited to : preparing schedules by the required labor and equipment, following site accomplishing work for checking its compatibility with specs and approved shop drawings, coordination between electrical and other utilities, submitting work inspection requests to consultant for approval ……etc. Scope of work contain but not limited to:  Medium voltage network, Street lighting network Telecommunication network. , PLC and SCADA control system. (Machines drive) for pump station, Secondary irrigation control system, low voltage distribution network such as (interior lighting – small power appliance, cable trays …etc.), Fire alarm system.  Earthing and lightning protection networks, power factor improvement

Responsibilities:  Participate in creation the design and execution of medium voltage 24 KV –overhead transmission lines & underground- network as doing the maintenance work procedures schedule for older network.  Designing work including but not limited to: participating in calculating: (maximum sag – clearance –spacing-design tensions-wind load –choosing poles categories) calculations, electrical load estimation, transformers sizing, voltage drop calculation, power factor improving calculations, short circuit current calculations, grounding calculations ….etc.  Execution work including but not limited to: installation of the galvanized steel poles dielectrics, installation of air disconnecting switches, pulling underground cables, transformers and kiosks, power factor improvement component (No load capacitors & capacitor banks), medium voltage switch gear.

Mange a team of (32) including technicians, workers....etc with aid of my manger that established the installation works of project of (Elowaynat zone 5 ) –medium voltage dist. Project (22 K.V) with brand knowledge in medium voltage system with (power carrying overhead conductors & underground cables, distribution transformers, protection systems & distributers .........etc .(Elsewedy helal –energya p.t.s- company).
