Role summary:  Acting as production shift team leader, with objectives of 1) motivating and engaging the team (93 people), 2) managing and controlling shift performance, and 3) maintaining and developing AM. Main responsibilities: a. Line management  Lead/coach PCS meetings @ my level/perimeter  Insure the update of my PCS boards  Lead/follow up the implementation of countermeasures planned from my PCS meetings  Follow up the performance of my machines  Ask for maintenance intervention upon my assessment  Escalate to production/maintenance managerin case of poor reaction  Support in machine operation, as required and upon availability (ex; material loading)  Insure ideal machine start-up after intervention/set-ups (ex; factory start-up, cleaning, preventive maintenance…)  Report nonconformities for defected materials  Initiate/lead/sponsor continuous improvement initiatives b. Team management  Organize the attendance/leaves of the team  Organize the breaks for the team  Motivate the team for higher performance  Qualify the team for better skill levels, as required as per their job profile
