Supervising the supply chain transfer orders across the kingdom. • Managing the stock level of factory side and warehouse raw materials stock. • In charge of storage & safety of inventory items in the warehouse. • Monitoring W/H vehicle and forklift maintenance keeping a record for periodic inspection. • Supervising deliveries to 32 branches across KSA with the correct specifications. • Managing the supply of raw material to the factory as per orders. • Control and follow the (FEFO)+(FIFO) to prevent the number of damaged and expired items. • Monitor the goods and material inventory. Assure all times correct stock data in our ERP system and consistency with data in our external warehouse management system. • Handling the operation team to deliver all the requirements and orders. • Close monitoring for the Minimum and Maximum stock level to avoid any shortage and reordering the requirement and place a new order to purchasing department. • Monthly evaluation for all warehouses team and provide the same to our HR department.

• Manage overseas shipments from suppliers. • Lead the Group Supply Planning review meeting and process. • Manage MRP process in coordination with sales, operation, and finance. • Lead the group meeting for the S&OP meeting. • Responsible for the purchase order execution to ensure the best availability of the material in cooperation with supplier and sales team • Manage 3rd party logistics to complete customer requirements. • Coordinate with the purchaser for shipment tracking. • Arrange deliveries to the key accounts on-demand with the correct specifications. • Issue purchase orders based on annual forecast blanket orders urgently required items. • Responsible for planning parameters (MTO / MTS, safety stock level) • Responsible for allocation of stock or planned deliveries to new sales orders (ATP process) • So, customer service can timely be met to our customers. • Manage MRP process in coordination with sales, operation, and finance. • Responsible for the purchase order execution to ensure the best availability of the material in cooperation with supplier and sales team • Manage stock control check the required amount of stock is available according to purchase order. • Working on applications like logistics control systems (LCS) Warehouse management systems (WMS) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP).

• Generate the daily report for all Media channel newspaper, Magazines, TV, Radio. • Guide and manage the team of the monitoring department. • Collect all the ads and send them to our clients. • Monitoring all competitors' advertisements and providing them to clients. • Confirm the appearance of ads with the advertising agency.
