As Co-Founder of Infinity Tax & Accounting, I wear many hats to ensure our firm delivers exceptional value to individuals and small businesses. My day consist of strategic decision making with hands on involvement in client success. I oversee firm operations, build efficient workflows, and lead a team of tax professionals and bookkeepers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely service. I'm deeply involved in client consultations helping business owners minimize tax liabilities, improve cash flow, and make confident financial decisions. I also drive marketing and growth initiatives, foster partnerships, and ensure our firm stays ahead of regulatory changes. Every day, I’m solving problems, building trust, and turning financial chaos into clarity for our clients.

• Maintain inputs and analysis of Premium factors including ensuring deadlines are met and analysis is complete • Monthly and quarterly metrics reporting • Analyze actual results with comparison to plan and forecast • Prepare presentation materials for management • Assist with expense budgets for various departments • Administer claim payments, premium application, journal entries & appointment/commission tracking • Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of all acquisition costs across multiple sources, research and correction of out of balance items • Ad hoc modeling and financial analysis as directed by management

• Develop and manage financial models for business support involving forecasting, variance analysis. • Create accurate reports, analyses, for internal and external communication. • Providing recommendations based upon evaluation of financial trends and forecasts. • Run queries to collect data so I can filter, clean, and create ad hoc reports. • Provides and explains financial information and guidance effectively to all levels of the organization. • Partnered with Accounting in preparing and managing month-end close responsibilities.

• Perform cost segregation studies on direct purchases and small complex capital projects • Request clarification of cost and in-service dates from business units • Prepare backup documentation for the project scope cost components, and completion dates, for all assigned capital initiatives • Process the transfers, retirements and modifications of assets • Respond to other departments inquiries in timely manner • communicate with Project Managers and Principal-in-Charge by collaborating on projects • Maintain sharp focus and work effectively on multiple projects

• Report vehicles sold on manufacturer website once the vehicle has been delivered • Apply for vehicle incentives and distribute to the group • Work A/R list to ensure timely collection of incentive money from the manufacturers • Process reports relating to bad debt, pay stamp accuracy, and the timeliness of vehicle reporting and incentive distribution • Reconcile open items for the group and update open item database • Maintain and update vendor information and documentation • Prepare financial statements • Perform branch evaluations • Compile bank reconciliations and account schedules • Execute accounts payables and receivables in a timely manner • Train and develop employees on administrative concepts • Establish effective communication lines with other departments
