During my internship at Cabresoft, in partnership with Chaussea, I contributed to the development and implementation of a demand forecasting system to enhance inventory management and improve stock accuracy across retail stores. - Developed a comprehensive solution based on the CRISP-DM methodology, involving data collection, preparation, and analysis. - Implemented unsupervised clustering techniques (DBSCAN, HDBSCAN, and hierarchical clustering) to group stores with similar profiles. - Employed dimensionality reduction methods (PCA and t-SNE) to facilitate data interpretation and visualization. -Applied a combination of supervised learning models (Random Forest, Feedforward Neural Networks, and LightGBM) for precise demand forecasting. - Evaluated and compared model performance to ensure optimal results. - Set up a robust Dell EMC server infrastructure to support advanced data processing and model training - tasks. - Configured Tailscale VPN and SSH for secure and efficient remote server management, ensuring seamless access and control. - Deployed Jupyter on the server for interactive and collaborative data analysis, facilitating real-time insights and model adjustments.
