Duties: • Managing the project of integrating the system of project management based on Jira (in the role of the product owner and the project manager) – (managing the development team, interacting with internal clients, interacting with external contractors regarding integration with systems). • Forming and coordinating the portfolio of strategic projects. • Organizing and control of developing various informational and analytical panels (as a project manager and a business-analyst). • Reengineering and digitalization of project management processes. • Administrating as an internal consultant of external prioritized projects of the Accounting Chamber. Results: • Designed and integrated the prototype of a project management system for 1000+ users. • Completed 5 projects on developing informational and analytical panels. • Designed and approved the methodology of project management.

Engineering company. Duties: • Developing the methodology and standards of project management on the enterprise. • Developing the motivation system of projects’ participants • Organizing and supervising the investment program of the enterprise • Managing the projects of reconstructing and technical modernization of the enterprise on every stage (from the design assignment till putting into service) with attracting budget financing • Managing the portfolio of the enterprise projects in research and development (diversification of product portfolio), capital investment, processes optimization, IT-solutions (ERP, CAD/CAM/CAE), lean manufacturing. • Organizing procurement activities according to “Federal Law 44”. • Interacting with supervisory authorities • Interacting with federal executive authorities. • Organizing work on receiving subsidies for developing civil production and within federal target programs. Results: • Introduced project management on the enterprise “from scratch” (the system of organizing the office got to the final stage of “Project Olympus” contest). • Attracted budget investments in the amount of over 18 million dollars. • 3 production buildings reconstructed, more than 16 000 sq. m., including over 10 process stages with the budget over 50 million dollars. • Introduced the system of procurements according to “Federal Law 44” on the enterprise “from scratch” • Formed and realized the portfolio of projects for the amount over 56 million dollars. • Integrated flexible methodologies of management in projects of diversification and entering the market of civil products. • Attracted subsidies in the amount over 2 million dollars, realized 5 projects in developing civil products with the production of prototypes.

Duties: • Developing the methodology and standards of project management on the enterprise. • Organizing and supervising the investment program of the enterprise • Project control (all stages project process) • Managing the projects of reconstructing and technical modernization of the enterprise on every stage (from the design assignment till putting into service) with attracting budget financing • Interacting with supervisory authorities • Interacting with federal executive authorities. • Organizing work on receiving subsidies for developing civil production and within federal target programs. Results: • Received a promotion offer to a higher position within the holding in JSC SDB “Turbine“ • Participation in two projects of reconstructing and technical modernization of the enterprise within the federal target program. • Realized management of the project portfolio with the budget over 25 million dollars. • Organized a process stage of producing electric engines of small capacity (justification, project realization, including the choice of necessary technological equipment and designing the layouts). • Organized the production of plastic windows (justification, project realization, including the choice of necessary technological equipment and designing the layouts). • Organized a site of modernizing the machines for special purposes on the territory of a foreign client (designed the layouts, equipment, technological maps and instructions for the staff, designed the support equipment). • Designed the site for plastic molding (justification, including the choice of necessary technological equipment and designing the layouts).
