Job Responsibilities 1. Meet and support clients when they come to Vietnam (arrange schedules during their stay). 2. Receive work from the Sales team and start production. 3. Follow up on new orders from existing clients, make quotations, and handle bidding. 4. Prepare product samples for client approval before production. 5. Manage and order materials when needed. 6. Handle orders: confirm drawings, solve issues with materials, accessories, and production to make sure delivery is on time. 7. Send shipping details and remind clients about payment after delivery. 8. Take care of internal tasks such as booking requests, tracking payments, summarizing monthly courier costs, and forecasting incoming payments. 9. Make weekly and monthly reports. 10. Calculate client commission every quarter. 11. Report to the Team Leader when required. 12. Do other tasks assigned by managers. 13. Use SAP and Base software.
