VSR Advisors is a retained executive search firm focused on commercial real estate and financial services. Clients include Amtrust Realty, Artemis Real Estate Partners, CoStar, Jamestown, Savills Studley, Tishman Speyer, True North Management Group and Turner Construction. Our other area of expertise is in talent acquisition consulting. We have a unique ability to help clients in the financial services and commercial real estate industries develop successful strategies for recruiting highly qualified mid to senior level women.

Co-founded, along with Carol Cohen, iRelaunch, the Return-to-Work Experts™, the leading producer of career reentry events, programs and content for employers, universities, organizations, and individuals. Co-produced 17 Return to Work Conferences nationally and internationally, sponsored by global financial services firms, consulting firms and other organizations. Together with Carol, presented career reentry strategies to over 12,000 people at more than 180 events, both nationally and internationally, since 2006. Recognized expert in the career reentry space and regularly quoted on the topic in the national press. Left firm in late 2014 to focus fulltime on VSR Advisors.

Formed limited partnerships to co-produce "Only a Kingdom," an original new musical about the love story of King Edward VIII of England and American divorcee Wallis Simpson, at Mill Mountain Theatre in Roanoke, VA, The Stevens Center in Winston-Salem, NC and The Pasadena Playhouse. Musical selected by the National Alliance for Musical Theatre for presentation at their annual Fall Conference in September 2001, and a concert version was produced by East Hampton's Guild Hall in July 2004. In November 2010, the York Theatre presented a developmental lab production of the show.

Served in various capacities, including Director of New Business Development and Director of Recruiting and Human Resources for what was then a private healthcare and bank consulting and publishing company. Spearheaded development of two new highly successful membership programs; upgraded firm's MBA and college recruiting, significantly increasing the number of professionals hired over prior years; developed HR infrastructure, including policy manual, performance review system and management training.

Managed lender relations, treasury, accounting and administration at this private television and radio broadcasting company (six network affiliated television stations and three FM radio stations).

Structured and executed financings and M&A transactions for media and entertainment companies.
