Purified Invitro Translation system proteins - 34 proteins (Milla molecular/ Pure Components) Protein characterization by Thermal Shift Analysis of various proteins by RT-PCR, Protein-Protein interaction studies by DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering), ITC (IsoThermal Calorimetry) Established High Throughput screening protein expression and downstream processing. Assisting/Training Junior Scientists in protein expression & purification. Involved in expression of mAbs and other therapeutic proteins in shake flasks (E.coli, CHO, HEK293 6E) Involved in the preparation and Review BPRs & TTDs.

Involved in downstream Process Development of PTH from E.coli & Ranibizumab (Fab fragment) from E.coli * Involved in Downstream Process Development of Innovator from E.coli cells * PTH in IB form and carried refolding by various methods (Dilution, Dialysis, On Column refolding).IB clarification by Centrifugation & Depth filtration. Buffer exchange and Concentration by TFF (Millipore Lab Scale TFF System). Downstream processing of PTH in soluble form. * Purification by Chromatographic & Non chromatographic techniques in lab scale.

Downstream Process Development of IFN Alpha 2b, gCSF from E.coli, Rituximab purification from CHO cells, purification of MLS #1, MLS # 2 (Innovators) from E.coli - Bl21 (DE3) SI Protein Expression in salt inducible E.coli strain in Lab scale (8 Lit). Performed various resin screening studies. Carried out Column Packing & Evaluation for DSP. IB solublization, clarification, refolding and filtration by TFF, DF
