2016 : Roles and Responsibilities: - Account management for Mu Sigma products for 12 fortune 500 accounts - Solution design for RFP's using Mu Sigma product suite - Strategizing sales for respective accounts Learnings: Strategizing pitches based on stakeholder empathy. Identifying product fitment based on the scope of the engagement, Maintaining sales pipelines for respective accounts, enabling interaction between end-user and development team, helping development team's prioritize features, organizing User Acceptance Testing for product prototypes 2017: Roles and Responsibilities: - I&D SPOC for 2 business units to drive internal consumption of the unified analytics platform - Identifying delivery teams to drive prototype testing - Strategizing campaigns with leadership to improve the adoption of best practices - Designing frameworks for continuous feedback to development teams Learnings: Identifying and creating user empathy maps, creating user stories and journey maps to enhance consumption, solution design for pilot projects to ensure right adoption of best practices, defining the scope for technical projects and ensuring buy-in from stakeholders, solution design for RFP's for IoT based projects, creating timelines and creating associated scrum plans, market research for IoT solutions. 2018: Roles and Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing IoT based demos - IoT solution design consultant - Labs SPOC for global lab deployment Learnings: Identifying and designing I&D experience centres in multiple geo-locations based on client portfolio in that region, designing frameworks for future deployments, creation of re-usable code modules for deployments, running ops between cross-functional teams for the said deployment, scoping and defining project outcomes for IoT based projects, creating operation plans and timelines, creating Scrum plans for the said projects, strategic intervention based on project status.

Co-Founded a Social technology startup; that builds refreshable Braille Boards for visually Impaired kids. Worked as the chief mechanical designer & handled operations for the firm for over 3 years. Represented the firm at the Nasscom Tech for good 2018 - was declared the winner under the "Accessibility" category among 200+ Social tech startups. Have one patent pending with the original design titled - "Rotary actuator for linear movements”

Worked with the Rotary wing research and design centre under the Structures group for the Light Combat Helicopter (LCH). - Basics of rotary wing aircraft, design considerations for various sub systems. - System integration methodologies. - Overview of ground testing and prototyping - Snag detection and design optimisation for mechanical components - Worked majorly with the structures team on production drawings of the air frame for the attack helicopter platform.

Engineering Intern - Worked at the Vibrations engineering team to understand resonance in gas turbine engines (causes and RCA for the same) - Worked with the Structural integration and mechanical analysis team to understand rapid prototyping for both functional and non functional components - Worked at the Bird ingestion test facility for calibration of systems such a the main pressure tank in preparation for a simulation run
