- Working with New Product Introduction (NPI) –Process Engineering department at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. - Monitoring and evaluating of sample items. - Supplier's evaluation and development. - Reviewing, evaluating and correcting of the Quality Plans. - Maintenance of ISO System in department & documentation. - Review product and drawing specifications and feedback to design on manufacturing feasibility & processes. - Prepare Product and Process development plan - Vendor evaluation and improvement plan - Define process and tool for new products. - Commercial negotiation for product and tooling. - Coordination with upcountry plants and suppliers for new product development. - Establish product quality plan and control plans. - Tool verification as per plan and fool-proofing. - Conduct process & tool validation and build process capability for new products. - Issue resolution at various stages of product development. - Prepare product validation report and improvement plan. - Prepare SOPs & Process specifications for new products. - Review drawings, packaging and BOM.

- Working with Injection Mould Design and Tooling department. - Study of Concept & Design of plastic engineering parts, Mould Design on CAD Software Unigraphics NX4.0 and CATIA V5 R17. - Learning assemblies and sub assemblies of Automobile system like Dashboard, Bumper and Trims.

- Working with Project Management Group at Weapon System And Sensors(WSAS) Department for planning and execution of the defence project. - Study and analyze working drawings of component/sub assemblies. - Learning the testing procedures involved in the high pressure hydro and air helium leak tests carried out at in-house test facility.
