Worked in the product engineering department; lead a team of 20 Engineers as Engineering head for Backhoes & Rollers while primarily focussing on introduction of New Products via NPIP for USA/ROW & India Markets Engineering Head for Backhoes & Rollers and led a team of Twenty Engineers; Responsible for Introduction of New Products through NPIP (New Product Introduction Process) for USA/ROW & India markets that involved the Study of customer requirements and conversion to technical specifications Closely interacted with with NPI (Project Team) to understand and meet expectations of the customer & spearheaded the timely execution and completion of projects; reviewed designs of the aggregates, integration of aggregates and take the analysis results for further implementations Contributed to warranty analysis and incorporating service feedback in vehicle designs; Ensured timely project planning, execution and monitoring of projects for development of various aggregates for Vehicle Integration; Contributed to the Homologation and interacted with government agencies.

Responsibilities for Existing & introduction of New Products via New Product Introduction Process for Wheel Loading shovel Made critical contributions to the New Backhoe loader development and Operated as Section Head for Wheel Loading Shovels and lead a team of Five Engineers Responsible for Existing and Introduction of New Products through NPIP (New Product Introduction Process) that mainly includes, Engineering input for Business Case Preparation as well as Engineering Project Plan preparation with Risk mitigation plans to Finalize the Vehicle level Specification as per customer Voice & Mktg data Owned the entire project for Engineering from Concept till launch of new product that included Target Cost Deployment to each aggregates & subsystems, Budgeting annual Revenue & Capex budget, Product Improvements for existing models, Over all Vehicle-integration, Hydraulics - Hydraulic system design & Drive line selection

Worked in Design & Development Department & reported to Chief General Manager (Designs) Led the responsibility to Design sheet metal components & Body design, i.e chassis, drives, transmission etc.(Specialized training in Hydrostatic transmission systems in Claas, Germany) Responsible for evaluating & selecting gearboxes , hydraulic motors and pumps for different project requirements Participated in discussions in the group technical meetings with German engineers.
