I have completed MBA from Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), one of the premiere management institutes in the country. Before XIMB, I was working with L&T-MHPS as a Design & Project Engineer. Having an industry experience of more than 3 years, management came up to me as a natural progression. The sector instigated my interest in Operations, which is what I followed during Masters. MBA has helped me discover and develop a holistic picture of business problems. I completed Engineering from SRM University, Chennai from School of Mechanical Engineering. My primary and secondary schooling has happened from Ranchi. I am a self motivated individual and believe in developing a strong understanding of problems at hand before reaching to the solution. I strongly believe that my multi faceted experience in the past role gives me an edge in roles of my interest.
