High-Level Description of What I do: Solutions Architecture I provide senior leadership and technical expertise to ensure quality solution design and successful solution implementations within the Digital Transformation space in the Telecommunications Sector. I work across all of the supported platforms within the Digital Transformation space, adding value to the solutions that are delivered to clients and promoting collaboration. My role has a strong client engagement focus for both pre-project and delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities This was a vocational job, which involved liaising with bursars telephonically and general office admin work.

High-Level Description of What I do in this role: Service Delivery Management I lead and manage the technical team that delivers on the Digital Solutions implemented for our clients. I Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to more junior members of the team as well as raising up leaders of the future for the organization. I lead the development and implementation of new systems and/or processes, Structured Development and Implementation Methodologies/Techniques such as SCRUM, Devs Ops etc underpinned by values of Agility.

Duties and Responsibilities Scope of Works: Provision of Telephonic support (Call Center type setup). Onsite product technical support (Consulting). Main Responsibilities: The main duties for the post involved, assisting clients to understand the importance of adhering to the country’s labor laws (i.e. BCE Act, Income Tax Act, Labor Relations Act, MIBFA et cetera) when processing their payroll using our payroll product. One would make sure that the client understands how employee tax is calculated by the system and teach (where necessary) the clients to do manual tax calculations. Further, the product that we were supporting ran on MS SQL Server 2000, this meant that on occasion one would have to go to the client’s site in order to login on the backend to manually override some of the errors that might have occurred using SQL, we called this process data fixing.
