Responsible and accountable for the development, communication and implementation of Sourcing Strategies for Non-Current Spare parts in EMEA • Successfully set-up this new Segment in the region including Stakeholder on boarding and Change management initiatives leadership • Conducted the set-up and development of the first ever, CAT Low Volume Spare parts supplier base in EAME by successfully leading 7 Steps Strategic Sourcing projects involving all key regional stakeholders. • Lead several strategic sourcing projects to define and develop preferred supplier base for Non-Current Categories in EAME • Lead several Regional Sourcing projects in support of other regions • Lead several cost management, service level and capacity improvements projects involving regional supplier base • Provide leadership for resource management decisions in EAME • Actively coach and develop an international team of Purchasing experts

Management of all Indirect and CAPEX Technical procurement activities for the group's cement plants in Belgium. • Lead commercial negotiation and strategy definition of all Capital Expenditures purchasing projects in the various Belgian cement plants. Follow up of the projects in cooperation with the technical departments from project definition till final reception of the civil works and industrial installations on site. • Responsible for all indirect procurement activities (goods and services) of 2 of the group's cement plant in Belgium, including bid processing, contract/SLAs negotiations and contract/performance follow-up. • Successfully implemented group's e-procurement platform in Belgium (e-catalogues for Indirect supplies and services), ensuring stakeholder buy-in and management of the overall change project. • Responsible for supplier's performance evaluations.

• Managed worldwide data collection for Indirect Category teams (Telecom, Transportation, Packaging, Raw Materials,...) to realize demand analysis, developed and analysed RFX. • Conducted procurement projects in cooperation with Category Management teams – e.g. European RFP involving 16 European countries for Telecom Services. • Analysed complex quotations and ensured country savings tracking for the Category supported. • Developed and maintained thorough knowledge of relevant supply markets; established and managed good working relationships with suppliers. • Supported superiors and category teams in development of strategies. • Actively participated in the implementation of the company’s supplier management tool across the European region.
