Summary I am a Commercial and Contract professional having 20 plus years of experinace in large scale real estate development industry. Educational background includes Degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University, Master of Busness Administration in finance and Emerging leader ship from IIM Kozikode Kerala, Currently working as HEAD procurement Commercial and Contracts at Assetz property Group , Bangalore. Before to this I am in GMR Group responsible and accountable for the overall Commercial and Contract administration for Building and Energy projects. This includes Contract administration, Procurement mangament, Vendor management and Negotiation and monitors the performance of the contractors and projects and leads team commercial and contracts, and works closely with COO, Finance , Project HODs, Project Managers, and well aware about the market to ensure desired business results. having experiance in working with international consultants. Champions setting up of objectives, budgets, procurement policyes and procedures to enhance profitability of the organization. conducts strategic reviews of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the team meeting the project requirements. contribution to project development includes procurement and awarding of subcontract, sourcing of materials in right time and adopting just in just out strategy.
