This project resulted in ~$600K savings per week. • Led city's complex device inventory and recovery framework and enabled high transparency and plugged leakages to less than 1%.

• U&I is a leading volunteer-driven NGO that provides informal education to underprivileged kids in India. • As a Center Fellow - I was responsible for leading over 30+ highly qualified volunteer community and managing end to end operations of one of the key learning centres in Bangalore.

• Headed the video campaign project 'Bangalore Heroes' that aimed to highlight the contribution of eminent personalities such as Santosh Hegde, Akkai Padmashali, Kannan Gill and likes from Bangalore city who redefined their space through their incredible work in key fields - Business, Art, Music, Social Activism, Sports, etc. • The campaign garnered over 100K+ views on TEDXBangalore youtube channel.
